Testimonials. . .

"Paul's teaching has dramatically enhanced my understanding of the Bible and the power of the Kingdom in my life. The power of the Kingdom is amazing! It truly is that ONE thing that a Christian needs to improve every aspect of their life! It also guards against the crisis running rampant in today's church."

--John Jeffries

"This is exactly what I needed! Now I can finally understand my Bible! Thank you, Paul, for your fantastic teaching."

--Ted Edelhoff

"Thank you for lifting me out of sin and into the Kingdom, I never realized the true power of the gospel message until your teaching."

--Mike Hilfer

"People don't tend to disagree with the beauty of this truth with their mind, instead they find it hard to believe in their heart. Why? Because like me, most of us just find it hard to really believe how great is the Liberty of Christ... but once we do believe, how great is that Liberty!"

--Tom Nickels

"Bible Vision-Where There Is No Vision, The People Perish."

  • Paul’s Primers Daily Bible Study Forum for March 30-April 3 readings

    by admin ~ April 1st, 2009

picture-0052This week beginning Monday March 30, 2009 and going through Friday April 3, 2009, in our Audio Bible Online / Online Audio Bible – Daily Scripture Readings, we will make our way through the rest of Mark chapter 14.

As you are listening day-by-day, please feel free to share your comments with the other members of our DSR community by clicking on the comments link for this Post. Last week, a listener shared his excitement about Mark chapter 13 regarding the teaching on the abomination of desolation as taught by the early church fathers. Hearing the historical accounts of the Roman armies surrounding the city under Vespasian, then pulling away and leaving in late 66 AD, only to return under Titus in 70 AD, all while the angelic forces were seen fighting in the sky above the city, was truly amazing.

As always, we enjoy hearing how the Audio Bible Online / Online Audio Bible – Daily Scripture Readings are impacting your daily walk with the Lord, and enhancing your relationship with Him, Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

This week was an especially hard week for me–personally, the DSR was very helpful for me this week, as spending those precious few minutes deep in the word everyday set my life in perspective. I honestly don’t think that I would have gotten through this week the way I did if it hadn’t been for the readings. Reading the Bible alone is one thing, fully understanding it the way I do when I hear the readings is completely another. The music before and after the readings is amazing and sets me in the right mood for the scripture, also, the commentary Paul gives makes the reading go smoothly and helps me to understand.

I just wanted to tell you how wonderfully this has impacted my life, especially in this hard time.

      Thank you!

I am loving this week’s readings and the depth of the commentary bringing to light the various meanings associated with the Scripture readings. I never knew why Friday before Easter is called Good Friday, but now I know! Very cool!

Your commentary for the Mark readings in chapter 12 and 13 were more helpful than any church sermon I have ever attended. I never knew there were historical documentations of eye witnesses seeing chariots and armies in the sky’s during the fall of Jerusalem. It makes perfect sense considering the words of our Lord in Mark.

I wish more of the churches would spend time going over the teachings of the early church scholars who were so very close in time to these events and Christ’s teachings.

I find your commentary to be simple, but incredibly insightful. There is no doubt in my mind that Christ wants us to understand his message. Your commentary helps me to understand his simple but elegant message. Gone are the days of reading his words and being frustrated.

      Thank you,

      Scott
