The Church of Christ's Glory (COCG)
Early Church Preterism
in simple everyday terms
'In the more complex mysticism
of the early church there pulsates
a warmer life than any offered
by the "teachings" of the
modern church.'
We are an independent Bible based church committed to:
• The original organic truth of Jesus Christ in every aspect of doctrine; and
• The practical application of your ensuing relationship with Christ in your everyday life.
By doctrine and faith we stand in communion with the earliest believers, men already cast out of today's modern church as heretics. Men such as:
• Eusebius (c. 265 – 340), Bishop of Caesarea and "Father of Church History"; and
• Chrysostom (c. 347 – 407), Archbishop of Constantinople and the "Man with the Golden Tongue—the Greatest Preacher in the History of the Church!"
'The belief of such men in the Kingdom of God which lies at the heart of the Gospel of Jesus, and gives its warmth and glow to the religious life of the early church, seems destined in the Christianity of today to become, if possible, even weaker in the coming generations thru the continued failure of the modern church to preach the full Gospel of the Kingdom, especially that middle third between the cross and the resurrection.'
Learn What The Modern Church No Longer Teaches About Jesus!
Discover the full revelation of the Kingdom of Heaven translated into simple every-day terms:
• A Kingdom shrouded in mystery from the fall of Adam; but
• Whose secret (thru that old rugged cross) was fully revealed in 70 AD.
'We bid you return to Early Church Preterism, that you might hold that same profound belief in redemption thru Christ as did the Apostles, a redemption rightly understood only in the context of its being an integral part of a living belief in the already present Kingdom of God.'

The Harrowing of Hell! (Christ's Plundering or Pillaging of Hell 'In The Tomb' from the time of the Early Church Fathers)
Specifically:
You will learn the full gospel of the Kingdom
1--The Cross;
2--The Harrowing of Hell; and
3--The Resurrection
... apart from which you can never truly understand the cross or the Kingdom of God; and
You will experience the power of the necessary implications of the full gospel of the Kingdom:
• The past fulfillment of end times events in the generation of the Christ; and

You will learn to apply the completed victory won by Christ:
• As Administered by His Apostles thru the fulfillment of the Great Commission (even the Reformers understood and taught that the Great Commission was fulfilled in Christ's generation!) prior to the wrath which came upon that final generation there at the end of time and the beginning of eternity in September of 70 AD.
(Historically the Church has always been, to one degree or another, preterist in its teaching and application of the gospel -- the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven! Remember our Lord's most common pronouncement back in the first century of His now some 2000 year old Reign: The Kingdom of Heaven IS AT HAND!)
So What?
• That's the bottom line, isn't it? What's in it for you? What's the big deal? Why should you care anyway?
Well, let me ask you this...
1) Are you tired of being told that this earth is under the curse of sin and death?
2) Are you tired of the big lie? The one where you're told the whole creation is groaning under this supposed heavy burden?
3) Are you tired of hearing that even you yourself are a sinner with a desperately wicked heart?
Early Church Preterism turns this worldview of the modern church, ultimately negative in this life while yet still maintaining a positive thread for the Christian in the next, on its head; and returns your faith back to the original pristine focus of the church — Christ's complete and finished victory!
'The impoverishment of Christianity is epidemic across the modern church; for Christianity to recover it needs people like you. People who aren't afraid to determine for themselves what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height of the love of Christ—and to know for themself that love so far beyond a mere mortal's comprehension.'
