Special Request For A Courageous Friend–Travis Cota Fundraiser
by admin ~ January 18th, 2010
Travis Cota, Century 21 Meck realtor and Highland, MI resident, had a life changing accident when he fell 15 feet from a tree while hunting in early November. He had major back injuries and will be rehabilitating for months to come.
As friends and neighbors we ask you to come out and help us ease the financial strain this has caused the family. 59 West, an awesome Highland restaurant, has agreed to help us by donating 10% of the proceeds of food sales. Just mention Travis to your server. Please tell your friends and come out for a fun evening and great food.
Direct contributions (tax deductible) can be sent directly to the family through the:
Joel Jeremy Memorial Fund
(designate for Travis)
PO Box 755
Highland, MI 48357
Travis grew up in the Highland, MI area, attended Lakeland High and works with his wife’s family at Century 21 Meck. He and his wife and four sons live in Highland. Travis has always been an active outdoorsman and especially loves fishing with his boys. He’s working very hard to get well so he can enjoy these activities in the future.
The good news is through hard work and the grace of God, he’s already begun walking again!
He wants to thank everyone for their continued prayers and support.
Well, that’s enough for today. . . May God bless each and every one of us through the power of His Amazing Love.
